I had the pleasure of living and working in the area back in 2012 and whilst there I met Levi (pronounced ‘Lev-ee’); personal trainer, cyclist, trail and ultra runner. A couple of years on, I made it back over for a week’s visit and he kindly agreed to help me put together a short visual tour of the magnificent running opportunities in the region.
