Back in 2018 I was fortunate to have the opportunity to spend a week diving on one of the Aggressor liveaboards off the coast of Belize (and owe a huge amount to a close friend of the family for making it possible!). The quality of the coral was quite spectacular - I've never seen quite the variety of highly-developed coral, nor the intensity of colour (in part due to the water clarity).
This was also the first test of some hurriedly-purchased strobe gear, which has since seen some good use when diving in both the Egyptian Red Sea and Mexico's cenotes.
