Back in August 2014 I was part of a 10-person crew on the yacht Delphia, led by my good friends at Vertical Shot Expeditions.
The purpose of the trip was a 2 week recce of the island of Senja and archipelago of Lofoten, Arctic Norway, for future photography workshops. From the unique vantage point of a sailboat, here’s what these beautiful islands had to offer…

A night in hell

Hell is a remote bay on the most western tip of Lofoten. We moored for the night, cooked over a fire and were treated to an early display of the Northern Lights.
